What is powder coating?
Powder coating is an electrostatic painting process that serves as a top coat to protect and beautify your material and is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. By applying one or more powder layers, the material in question will become corrosion resistant.
In this process, powder coat particles are charged electrostatically by means of high voltage, so that they adhere to the material.
These durable powder coat particles are applied to the material by an automatic spray gun. The subsequent heating step ensures that the powder coat particles melt and harden, after which the product is protected against external influences.
